1. What kinds of products do you sell?

We specialize in high-quality gemstone and mineral specimens, as well as crystal-themed home décor pieces. Each item is carefully curated to ensure authenticity and aesthetic appeal.

2. Are your crystals and minerals natural?

Yes! All of our specimens are authentic and naturally formed, unless otherwise noted. We do not sell synthetic or lab-created stones unless clearly labeled.

3. Do you accept custom or bulk orders?

Yes, we do! For bulk orders, wholesale inquiries, or custom display requests, please contact us directly via email or our contact form.

4. How long does shipping take?

We ship via USPS to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

5. How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is shipped. You can use this number to track your package directly on the USPS website.

6. What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging. If the damage occurred during shipping, we’ll issue a refund after the item is returned and inspected.

7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We only accept returns for items damaged during shipping. Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery, and the item must be returned in its original packaging for inspection.

8. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. All transactions are securely processed through encrypted payment providers.

9. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We use SSL encryption and secure third-party payment processors. Your personal data is only used to complete your order and provide customer support. We do not share or sell your information.
